The factory specializes in producing straight-run export gasoline of P1 and A1 standards, burner oil, bunker oil and M-40, M-100 II and III black oil.

Straight-run gasoline fraction Standard Specification 0251-001-98832933-2007 Crude distillation product, distillation range from 30 to 180 оС

 

Used as a feedstock in secondary stages of oil refining and petro chemistry.

Straight-run gasoline Standard Specification 11605031-040-2010 Atmospheric distillation oil product with boiling range between 30 and 195 оС.

 

Used as a feedstock in secondary stages of oil refining and petro chemistry.

Burner oil, I Л 0,2-62 All Union State Standard 305-82 A product of atmospheric distillation with a distillation range from 95 to 360 оС

Requirements to diesel fuel:

–          Cetane number not less than 45;

–          Flash point not less than 62 оС;

–          Weight percentage of sulphur does not exceed 0,2%.

Used on ship power plants.

Used at domestic and foreign markets.

Low-viscosity marine fuel Standard Specification 98832933-003-2013 Satisfies requirements of technical regulations concerning “Requirements to Automobile and Aviation Gasoline, Diesel and Ship Fuel, Jet Engine Fuel and Furnace Boiler Oil”.

Requirements to bunker fuel of 1st type:

–          Weight percentage of sulphur does not exceed 1,50%;

–          Flash point in a closed crucible – not less than 61оС;

–          Pour point does not exceed 10 оС.

Used on ship power plants.

Used at domestic and foreign markets.

Bunker fuel of 1st type Standard specification 98832933-002-2013 Satisfies requirements of technical regulations concerning “Requirements to Automobile and Aviation Gasoline, Diesel and Ship Fuel, Jet Engine Fuel and Furnace Boiler Oil”.

Requirements to bunker fuel of 1st type:

–          Weight percentage of sulphur does not exceed 0,50% for low-sulphur fuel;

–          Weight percentage of sulphur does not exceed 1,50% for high-sulphur fuel;

–          Flash point in a closed crucible – not less than 61оС.

Used on ship power plants.

Used at domestic and foreign markets.

Residual oil

40, 100 II and III

State standard 10585-99 Produced from distillation residue.

 

Quality assessments:

–         viscosity not more than:

–         6,8 о for М-100 at a temperature 100 оС;

–         8,0 о for М-40 at a temperature 80 оС;

–         sulphur content not more than 1%;

–         freezing point:

–         25 оС for М-100;

–         10 оС for М-40.

Used as:

–         a fuel for steam boilers, boiler plants and commercial furnaces;

–         a feedstock for producing admiralty fuel oil, heavy motor fuel and bunker oil.
